(this does not include replacing the entire product due to change of mind for color/brand/style or if the customer wants to change something about the job that will impact safety or function of the product by manufacturers standards)

Safety is a priority

*No one besides Neil LaBuda and employees of LaBuda Exteriors LLC may use any equipment, tools, or materials during repairs and/or installation at a property where contracted work between LaBuda Exteriors LLC and property owner, is being performed. Although we appreciate the thought and effort into someone wanting to get started on the cleanup of their, (or someone they know) property, we will ask you to please stop. LaBuda Exteriors cleans every job site thoroughly. This is for your own safety.

*Property owner agrees to do their part to keep a safe working environment, by removing all personal property of value and all motor vehicles away from worksite, (where possible) and to keep children and pets out of harm’s way, and to inform all residents of building, and guests, of the work that is being performed. All who are present during work being performed are to announce themselves before entering and/or leaving the building to prevent potential injury/damage, until the end of each day of work on the property.

*LaBuda Exteriors LLC may terminate this contract at any time if anyone on LaBuda Exteriors team is treated in a derogatory and/or degrading manner by the property owner. Work may continue if the actions of the offender are permanently corrected for the duration of the project. “We would like to be treated with the same respect and courtesy that we show you.”

*Work performed by LaBuda Exteriors LLC will stop if deemed unsafe due to weather, individuals/pets in the work area, the structure of building failure, inadequate lighting, neighbor-to-neighbor conflict, or any other significant reason deemed unsafe by owner: Neil LaBuda. Work will then continue when the danger has passed.

*When needed, Licensed Electrician will disconnect and reconnect electrical box and/or main electric hook-up.

Cancellation Policy

All Payments are final non-refundable. Only Under the discretion of the Owner Neil LaBuda will a payment/job be cancelled. If any event a project is cancelled, a $358.00 cancellation fee will apply in addition to any cost of materials. Also, on top of the aforementioned above, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total job will be applied in part of the cancellation.
