We don’t cut on costs when it comes to safety either. To name a few we use Hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, regularly inspected ladders and equipment, fire extinguisher on job site, OSHA approved ropes and harnesses for roof replacements, ladder locks, and standoffs. We respect you and your property and we show it.
There is a no smoking policy on our job sites. We roll magnet everywhere there could potentially be nails and we get on our hands and knees to double-check that your property is as clean as possible. We have a strict drug and alcohol policy and do background checks on our employees.
As a growing company with deep roots in the Lehigh Valley, we are based in Schnecksville, PA. Our owner Neil LaBuda played sports at Easton High School and has lived here most of his life. Learning firsthand from those with many years’ experience on the do’s and don’ts of this business.
Neil learned in the field by learning from his errors and finding the solutions necessary to finish the job. He learned how to not cut corners and to do the job right no matter what. His wife Gabi attended Bethlehem Catholic and graduated from Bloomsburg University.
Gabi is Neil’s biggest support and the love of his life. She and Neil raise two amazing boys, Jaiden and Sawyer, and their fun-loving dog Duke. His Brother Nathan is a 2 time 2nd in the nation boxer, graduate at Penn State, Police Officer, Marine, and a great leader.
Neil’s sister Jess an inspiring mother of 4 and a graduate of East Stroudsburg University. His brother Nick a key role model in Neil’s life for business and as a father is a graduate of Penn State. Nick, Nate, and Jess all graduated from EAHS.
Father Greg LaBuda is a Master Electrician, a retired United States Air Force Veteran, owned his own electrical business for 30+ yrs., and showed Neil generosity and perseverance. Neil’s mother has a loving Irish spirit and showed him compassion, love, and forgiveness. Both of Neil’s parents attended Notre Dame High School. His grandmother Ann Pritchard taught Neil to keep his head up and face his fears.
Both of Neil’s grandfathers are Veterans of the Korean War in the United States Navy. Al Pritchard retired from Mack Truck. Francis LaBuda was a firefighter, fire chief, and fire commissioner for Bethlehem for 41 yrs.
To put it lightly with that type of background and examples to emulate, it paved the way for honesty, integrity, and a gritty work ethic that makeup what LaBuda Exteriors is all about. We love what we do and are proud of how we do it!
